08.5 – Chassis/Frame Rust Visible: serious rust or just surface rust
08.6 – Chassis/Frame Bent/Damage Visible:  anything appear to be damaged?
08.7 – Chassis/Frame Excessive Wear Visible:  excessive wear seen?
08.8 – Chassis/Frame Excessive Oil Visible:  Any oil on the ground or where it shouldn’t be
