Majority of this is self-explanatory but let’s take a look at 14.13, cooling sources.  Used to be there was only 2 cooling sources, propane and 120V AC power.  Recently(last few yrs or so) there are now 12V DC refrigerators.   With that option, no need for an inverter per-se.

For an inspector to get an accurate temp reading, we want the fridge to be on for 12+ hours.
